The Atlas Wear — Shipping Policy

 

1. Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

2. Shipping Cost All orders include free shipping. No minimum order required.

3. Processing Time All products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

4. Delivery Time Once shipped, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 7–11 business days.

5. Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your delivery in real time.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@theatlaswear.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.

7. Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Reshipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
