2. Products All products are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner. Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden fees. We do not offer discounts, promo codes, or sale pricing.

4. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, shipping address, email) is accurate. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after 24 hours of being placed, as production begins immediately. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

5. Shipping We ship within the United States only. All orders include free shipping. Estimated delivery is 7–11 business days from order date (including production and transit time). Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.

6. Returns & Refunds All sales are final. For damaged or defective items, please refer to our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and brand assets on this site are the exclusive property of The Atlas Wear. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability The Atlas Wear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
